🎯 Role Description

This is a contract-to-hire, remote role for a Business Development Executive within a fast-paced startup environment. The role involves generating new business opportunities, executing lead generation activities, booking consultation appointments, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads and strengthen the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in driving business growth.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation activities

  • Experience working with US clients is a must

  • Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and building a career in client-facing roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (confidence on calls is a big plus)

  • Natural ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport with prospects

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Basic understanding of lead generation, sales/outreach, and appointment booking (training will be provided)

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup and night shift

  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly)

  • Familiarity with the US healthcare industry is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Research and build high-quality lead lists for US healthcare practices

  • Extract accurate data (practice name, provider details, contact info, EHR, specialty)

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Kaspr, Instantly, Google Advanced Search

  • Validate all emails (Hunter, Zerobounce, Apollo or similar)

Outreach & Engagement

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to US prospects

  • Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

  • Communicate TechnoXPro’s value proposition clearly

  • Consistent follow-ups through calls, emails and LinkedIn

Appointment Booking

  • Qualify leads and schedule consultations with the founder/sales team

  • Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho, HubSpot or similar)

  • Track daily performance and outreach activities

📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation activities

  • Generate 200–300 leads per day

  • Maintain <10% email bounce rate

  • Make 80–120 calls/day

  • Book 4–5 qualified appointments/week

  • Achieve 10+ meaningful conversations/day

  • Strong follow-up cadence

  • Maintain high data accuracy (90%+)
